About

Hi, I am Annette, and I am grateful to see you here, taking action, in improving your health, naturally.

My journey began over 15 years ago, when my own health began to "slip away". This lead me to the discovery that the body can heal itself, when given the proper nutrients, and tools to repair itself.

My education journey includes:

- Chartered Herbalist Course, (Dominion Herbal College) 1995

- Iridology Course (1996)

- Live Training with the Great Dr. Bernard Jensen,

in Iridology and it's twin, Whole Food Nutrition.

- Spiritualpreneur - realizing that everything is energy, a vibration, and staying connected to "the source of all Light",

will guide us in a positive direction, always. 2009.

- Natural Health and Spiritual Coaching, deepens the relationship of partnering with someone, to guide us and help us in moving forward with Grace and Ease.

My personal journey has been one of learning, applying, and learning some more. I have had the joy of learning and working with many gifted healer's, and my passion and purpose is in lifting the vibration of myself, and others, through these tools I have collected.

My passion and message to everyone, is to JUST GET STARTED!

Choose a path, a guide that "feels right to you" and take action.

You do not hav to quit all of your bad habits, like smoking or eating fast foods, in order to "start being more healthy".

There are ways to "add nutrients that wil help you to "let go" of these other habits, in a more natural and easy manner.

I use to be that smoker, drinker, and partier.

I understand how you feel. You can be the Master of YOur Own Health, and it is a journey, and once embarked upon this journey, beautiful lasting health and happiness is increased, bit by bit.

Allow the healing energy in, embrace your ability to heal,

and I encourage you to follow that inner voice, that is guiding you to a life of passion, purpose and vibrant health.

On a personal level, I love Mother Nature, the great outdoors, and living in the country with my family, husband and 2 boys, including our 2 dogs, 2 cats, and one 33 year old horse named "Al".

My business is my lifestyle, they are not seperate, and I am no differant than you. We are all learning, growing, and improving our health and life's passion, one step at a time.

I lost 20 lbs., reduced the swelling in my leg and ankles, lowered my blood sugar's from 12 to 6.5, reduced cravings and emotional mood swings, and all within one week, while being coached by Annette.

What happened was at the beginning of this year I was diagnosed by my doctor as being on the verge of diabetes.....he told me to begin thinking in terms of being diabetic.....and that I needed to lose weight and eat more healthy. I didn't know anything about diabetes.

I met Annette in my mastermind group and she offered to coach me. I knew that Annette was doing coaching around health related issues and that she had years of experience in health food stores......what I didn't know was that she had been coaching her own son through his diabetes for about six years.

She quickly began to educate both me and my wife, Kelly.

Annette then advised me to go to my local pharmacy and pick up a blood testing kit. I began to monitor my bloodsugars and found that they were consistently high, in the range of about 8.5 and at times they were well over 12.0!

She then made suggestions about my diet and also suggested some nautural products that would help stabilize my bloodsugars and reduce my cravings.

I trusted Annette and her coaching was easy to integrate into my life.

Within 1 WEEK, my bloodsugars had dropped into the 6.0 to 6.5 range and there were instances when it was even in the 5.5 range.

Further to this, the swelling in my right foot, ankle and leg diminished considerably....like magic. I virtually have no swelling at all now, unless I slip off my healthy eating plan (which she helped me develop) or if I overexert myself at work. Needless to say, my energy levels increased and I found myself much more productive at my business, and I have effortlessly lost about twenrty pounds.

And, another huge bonus was the stabilizing of my emotional health. My moodswings all but vanished.....no more "growlies".....my irritability and short temper quickly levelled off and my wife finds me much easier to be around. Its really nice to know that all of these conditions were basically a result of my bloodsugars, so, as a consequence, I feel much better about me.

In reflection: weight loss, increased energy, stabilized mood swings, improved self esteem, balanced bloodsugars, healthy diet. LIfe is good.
